Stewart, Land Surveyor, dated May 19, 1989 said plat being of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County West Virginia in Deed Book 877 at page 75; thence N 67 47 minutes E 501.35 feet to an iron pin; thence N 67 44 minutes E 527.88 to an iron pin in a southerly line of W.R. Schreckengost, (Deed Book 794, Page 82) said iron pin being S 12 22 minutes E 232.15 feet from a 36 inch white oak corner of the tract from which this parcel is divided; thence with the above mentioned line of Schreckengost S 12 22 minutes E 232.15 feet to a marked stone; thence with another line of Schreckengost as ordered by the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia in Chris Newell et ux, vs William R.
