Beginning at a stone corner at the southwest corner of the intersection of Martin Avenue and Virginia Street; thence with the southerly line with Virginia Street in a westerly direction 118 feet to a stake at the intersection of an alley with said street; thence with the eastwardly line of said alley in a southerly direction 32 feet to a stake corner to Malls lot, formerly William Koontz, and with the same eastwardly 118 feet to a stone corner in the west side of Martin Avenue and thence with the west side of said street northwardly 38 feet to the place of beginning, which said lot fronts 38 feet on Martin Avenue, 118 feet on Virginia 32 feet on the alley in the rear thereof, said lot being part of Lot 58 in said addition as the same appears on the recorded plat of said Martin's Addition in the Wetzel County Clerk's Office in Plat Book No. 1, at page 40.
