AND TWO (2) certain tracts or parcels of ground as LOT 2-A containing 0.34 Acres and LOT 5-A containing 0.37 acres, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Livingston Parish, Louisiana, in Section 50, Township 8 South, Range 4 East, Greensburg Land District of Louisiana, and being more particularly shown and described, according to a plat of survey by Alvin Fairburn., C.E., dated September 1, 2015, more particularly described as "MAP SHOWING RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1·5, CALEB RIVER COTTAGES INTO LOTS 2-A THRU 5-A, VILLAGE OF PORT VINCENT FOR PINNACLE BUILDERS" a copy of which map is recorded as Plat book 67, Bundle 145, of the official records of the Clerk and Recorder for Livington Parish, Louisiana; said Lots having such bearings and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes and building line restrictions of record and as shown on said map.
