R. Bowles; on the east by the County Public Road and lands of J. L. Williamson; on the south by lands of Isiah Melotte, on the west by the County Public Road; and being all of Lot No. One (1) in the A. R. Williamson Addition to the Town of Friendly, West Virginia. Containing two (2) acres of land, more or less. Being the same tract of land conveyed by Deed dated August 21, 2025, from Charity Jo Esquea, fka Charity J. Smith to Charity Jo Esquea and Edward Miguel Esquea and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Tyler County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 370, page 432 .
