BEGINNING at a set stone on the line of the County Road and with same N. 57° E. 103 feet to a set stone, corner to George Gravely; with this line S. 33° E. 181 feet to the middle of Crab Orchard Creek and with the same as it meanders to line of W. P. Blevins and with the same N. 29° 30 W 157 feet, more or less, to the beginning. If any of the old thirty-foot street is inside of the above metes and bounds, it is to be included in this conveyance, and said tract of land is shown upon a map of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 147, at page 420
