Pride by Steadman & Associates, Inc., dated May 13, 2002, recorded in Book 662 at Page 1242; Richland County ROD Office; said latter referenced plat being incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description and said lots having such boundaries and measurements as shown thereon, all being a little more or less.
