All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the improvements thereon, if any, situate, lying and being in or near the City of Columbia, in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, being shown and delineated as Lot 6, Winterwood Trail Subdivision, containing 2.73 acres, more or less, fronting on Winterwood Trail off Winterwood Road on a Plat in Plat Book 54, Page 5815 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County and having the boundaries and measurements as shown on the last described Plat. This description is made in lieu of the Metes and bounds description as permitted by law under Sec. 30-5-250 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976) as amended. TOGETHER with a 1996 Fleetwood Spring Mobile Home, Serial/VIN# GAFLS34A&B22077SH12 located thereon. Being the same parcel conveyed to Arthur Mae Jones from by Robert J. Sellers, Jr., virtue of a Deed dated May 3, 2005 and recorded May 12, 2005 in Book 1052 at Page 3003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County, South Carolina. Subsequently, Arthur Mae Jones passed away and her interest in the subject property was passed to C’Artis Jones Roberts, D’Epris Jones Samuel, and L’Opici Jones Talfordpursuant to the Will of Arthur Mae Jones and by probate of Estate File No. 2014ES4001298.
