EXHIBIT A: All that certain tract of parcel of real estate known as designated as Tract No. Eleven (11), Section Eight (8) of Spring Gap Mountain Subdivision, situate in Bloomery District of Hampshire Conty, West Virginia, together with improvements thereon, all roads, rights of way, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging as shown on the Plat of Spring Gap Mountain Subdivision as prepared by Allen G. Clem, Licensed Land Surveyor, a copy of which said Plat is of record, in the Office of the Clerk of County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia in Map Book No. 1, at page 97, and reference is expressly made to said plat for all pertinent proper reasons, including a more complete description of said real estate. Tract 11 is depicted on the Hampshire County Land Books as Tax Map 2B, parcel 27 for said district. And being all of the same real estate which was conveyed Steven L Knicely and Pamela M Knicely, his wife, dated April 17, 1998, which Deed is of record in the Clerk's Office of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 382, at page 486.
