Call, et al, (D.B. 1352, Pg. 646), having a coordinate value of N. 495,418.62 and E. 1,614,230.56, of this survey, from which a 7/8" reinforcing rod with an orange plastic cap stamped "Eastham and Assoc" (set), bears: South 08 31' 12" East 26.32 feet; thence, leaving the lands of the said Ronald M. Thompson, et al, and the lands of the said Stephanie L.
