, to wit: All of the following described tract or parcel of real estate, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Union District, Marion County, West Virginia, in the City of Fairmont, with a known address of 512 E. Park Avenue, Fairmont, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point where the westerly line of the parcel of land containing 5,769 square feet, which was conveyed by the Monongahela Railway Company to Bertha Ann Hovey by deed dated January 24, 1941, meets the center line of East Park Avenue 60 feet in width, and extending from said beginning point the following five courses and distances, viz: N. 79° 07' W. along the center line of said East Park Avenue, 59 feet to the easterly line of a parcel of land containing 4,350 square feet which was conveyed by said Railway Company to Nabiha Petres by deed dated May 4, 1943; thence N. 10° 53' E. along the same 89 feet to the northeasterly corner of said last mentioned parcel of land; thence N. 86° 15' 30" E., by remaining land of said Railway Company, 87.36 feet to the northwesterly corner of said parcel c…
