All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the dwelling house thereon, situate on Stanely Avenue, in the City of Clarksburg, Clark District, Harrison County, West Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot No. 128 as shown upon a plat of Goff Plaza, which plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Harrison County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 246, at pages 8 and 9. Said lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the southerly side of Stanley Avenue and extends back therefrom on the eastern side 114.93 feet (incorrectly referred to in prior deeds as 114.23 feet), and on the western side 114.19 feet to an alley in the rear and is 40 feet in width on said alley. Said Lot No. 128 is the same lot or parcel of land which was conveyed unto James Bernard Kirkwood, Jr. and Sylvia Lough Kirkwood, his wife, by Genevieve Lane Shack, widow, by deed dated the 2nd day of June, 1969, and of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book No. 958, at page 617, to which said deed and plat aforesaid reference is here made for a more particular description of the lot or parcel of land herein conveyed.
