All that certain lot, piece of parcel of land situate in Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a Map of Section No. 2, Bates Pea Ridge Road Subdivision, a copy of which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on April, 1952, in Map Book 5, as Map No. 71, as Lot Number Three (3), and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Jefferson Park Drive at the corner between Lots 2 and 3, as shown on said Map; thence with the said lien of Jefferson Park Drive, S. 59-26' E., 65.00 feet to the corner between Lots 3 and 4; thence with the line between said Lots N. 30-34' E., 200.00 feet to a point in the northerly exterior line of said Section No. 2; thence with said exterior line, N. 25-00' W., 44.77 feet to the northerly corner between said Lots 2 and 3; thence with the line between said Lots S. 37-40' W., 227.08 feet to the point of beginning.
