All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, now part of Huntington, a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Commission Clerk's Office on 18th June, 1872 in Map Book 1 as Map 4, as a PART OF LOTS 12 AND 13, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east line of Main Street with the south line of Sixth Avenue (formerly Fourth Street, Guyandotte); thence with the said line of Main Street, southerly 48 feet; thence easterly and parallel to the said line of Sixth Avenue 132 feet, more or less, to a point 40 feet west of the west line of a 16.5 foot alley; thence northerly and parallel to the said line of Main Street, 48 feet to a point in the same line of Sixth Avenue; thence with said line, westerly 132 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING.
