East for 208.71 feet to a point and corner; thence run South 45 deg. 00 min. West for 208.71 feet to a point and corner; thence run North 26 deg. 00 min West for 208.71 feet to the Southern margin of Facundus Road to a point and corner; thence run along said road North 48 deg. 00 min. East for 208.71 feet back to the Point of Beginning, all according to a plat of survey made by Carey Hodges, C.E. dated April 21, 1972, a copy of which is attached to the Succession papers of Wilford Joseph Jennings and Winnifred Hicks Jennings, Probate Number 9520 and filed in COB 760, Entry Number 9520, Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
