A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND, containing 10,800 square feet, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in and being a part of Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 24 East, West of the Mississippi River, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, being LOT 73 shown on the plan of THE WOODLANDS by Hugh B. McCurdy, Jr., C.E. and R.L.S., date July 20, 1993, approved by Plaquemines Parish Council Ordinance No. 93-200 adopted on August 12, 1993 and registered on August 20, 1993 in COB 814, folio 834 of the Plaquemines Parish records and being more fully described as follows, to-wit: Ninety (90’) feet front on the northwesterly line of Dr. Gorman Drive by a depth between parallel lines running perpendicular to Dr. Gorman Drive of 120.00 feet on the northeasterly line and 120.00 feet on the southwesterly line and a distance along the rear line of 90.00 feet, the southeasterly corner being 285.84 feet southwesterly, measured along the northwesterly line of Dr. Gorman Drive from its intersection with the southwesterly line of St. Ann Street. The tract hereinabove described is bounded southeasterly by Dr. Gorman Drive, northwesterly by N.A.S. New Orleans, northeasterly by LOT 75 and southwesterly by LOT 71 and is subject to a 5-foot wide easement in favor of Louisiana Power and Light Company, which easement is contiguous to the northwesterly line of Dr. Gorman Drive and is subject to a 24 foot wide in easement in favor of United Gas Pipe Line Company, which easement is contiguous to the property of N.A.S. New Orleans (“Property”).
