Legal description
That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Chalona Subdivision Extension No. 1, in the square bounded by Genie (now East Genie) Street, Chalona Drive, Josephine (now East Josephine) Street and the northwestern boundary of said subdivision (Volpe Drive side), all as per plat of survey by Eugene I. Estopinal, C.E., dated August 7, 1972, revised December 5, 1972, annexed to an act registered in COB 116, folio 299 (Entry of File No. 117294), Conveyance Records of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. And according to said plat, said lot is designated as Lot 83 and is located and measures as follows: Said Lot 83 commences 124.67 feet from the corner of Chalona Drive and Genie (now East Genie) Street and measures thence 61.67 feet front on Chalona Drive, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 83.60 feet between equal and parallel lines. And according to a plat of survey by J.F. Ruello (Landmark Surveying, Inc.), dated December 21, 2001, annexed to an act registered in COB 711, folio 319 (Entry or File No. 393936), said Lot 83 has the same location and dimensions.
