The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Plaquemines, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as Evangeline Trace Subdivision, according to the plan thereof by Tildon J. Dufrene, Jr., Land Surveyor, dated May 15, 1998, approved by the Plaquemines Parish Council, ordinance no. 98-289, dated December 3, 1998, registered in COB 941, folio 506, designated as Lot 21 thereof, said property being bounded by Avenue M, Main Street, Third Street (side) and Evangeline Trace (side). Said lot commences 354.50 feet from the intersection of Avenue M and Main Street, and measures 60.50 feet front on Avenue M, same width in the rear, by a depth of 125 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown in survey by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., revised September 30, 1999 to show improvements.
