A certain tract or parcel of land, together with any and all buildings and improvements thereon, located In the PARISH OF LIVINGSTON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, and being located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 4 East, more fully described as follows: Previously described as containing 1.0 acre of land as per survey map made by David I. Rogers, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor No. 344, Clinton and Livingston, LA, dated March 25, 1977 and being the same property acquired by Debra Stafford Toups, et ux, as per act of Judgment of Possession in the Succession of Daily Charles Stafford filed of record on 5/28/91 in COB 583, page 274, and as per Act of Donation from Barbara Tallia Stafford dated 5/20/91 filed of record in the Official Conveyance Records of Livingston Parish, in COB 583, page 280, and further transferred from Barbara Tallia Stafford to Bradley Toups and Debra Toups as per act of Cash Sale dated 3/19/96 filed of record in the Parish of Livingston, in Conveyance Book 675, page 553, which said tract is now more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with any and all buildings and improvements thereon, located in SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST, PARISH OF LIVINGSTON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, containing 0.989 acres, according to "MAP SHOWING SURVEY OF 0.989 ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 21, T6S-R4E, LIVINGSTON PARISH, LOUISIANA", by G. L. Lessard, Sr., Professional Land Surveyor, Reg#4823, dated 5/30/01, a copy of which is attached hereto and paraphed "Ne Varietur" for identification herewith, said tract being more particularly described according to the aforesaid plat as follows, to-wit: Commence at the Southeastern corner of the herein described tract located on the westerly right-of- way of Cane Market Road (La. Hwy. 1024), which corner, is located South 1529.88 feet, West 1388.64 feet, and North 89 degrees 13' East 150.00 feet from the Quarter Corner Between Sections 21 and 22, T6S-R4E, which corner is the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence go South 89 degrees 30'00' West a distance of 270.60' to point and corner, thence go North 22 degrees 21' 26" East a distance of 175.00' to point and corner, thence go North 89 degrees 30' 00" East a distance of 269.40' to point and corner, located on the right-of-way of Cane Market Road; thence go along Cane Market Road as shown on said plat L=174.91', R=772.15' to corner and POINT OF BEGINNING.
