One certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Oak Ridge Park Subdivision as shown on plans of subdivision of Earl P. Desselle & Associates, dated March 12, 1984, and May 28, 1984, approved by the St. Bernard Parish Policy Jury under Ordinance No. #61-84, adopted December 11, 1984, registered in COB 264, folio 328, Parish of St. Bernard of January 7, 1985, which said lot is located in the square bounded by Daniel Drive, Moss Street, Genie Street and the easterly boundary of the subdivision and measures 60 feet front on Moss Street, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines. According to the annexed survey by Eugene I Estopinal & Associates, Inc., C.E. & S., dated January 13, 1990, resurveyed March 2, 1990 and May 7, 1990 said Lot 214 is located in Oak Ridge Park Subdivision, Phase 4 and has the same location and measurements as above set forth.
