BEGINNING on the Northern side of the road leading from the Princeton-Beckley Highway (U.S. Route No. 19 and 21) to the Town of Kegley, at the Southeast corner of the H. H. Wade Property; thence running with said road in an Easterly direction 125 feet to the South-Western corner of the B.B. Blake land; thence in a Northerly direction with said Blake land, the distance of 330 feet to the Asbury Addition; thence with the Asbury line in a South-westerly direction the distance of 140 feet to the North-Easterly corner of the said H. H. Wade tract; thence with same, in a South-easterly direction the distance of 262 feet to said first mentioned road, the point of BEGINNING. AND
