Tabony by deed dated May 13, 1976, and recorded in book 215; page 3, entry number 116,474, of the conveyance records of Livingston Parish, and proceed south 36 deg. 24 min. 36 sec. east 210 feet to the point of beginning. From point of beginning proceed north 36 deg. 24 min. 36 sec. west 210 feet to the east margin of the May Road, and corner; thence along same, proceed south 10 deg. 03 min. 32 sec. west 37.10 feet and south 18 deg. 12 min. 32 sec. west 72 feet to point and corner; thence south 36 deg. 27 min. 36 sec. east 210 feet to point and corner; thence in a northeasterly direction a distance of approximately 110 feet back to the point of beginning.
