A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, situated in the Parish of Plaquemines, State of Louisiana, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, situated in CITRUS CITY SUBDIVISION being a resubdivision of a portion Section 23 and 24, Township 20 S, R 29 E, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, West of the Mississippi River, as shown on plan of survey by Thomas F. Reed, C.E., dated March 14, 1961, and as designated by the following lot number: LOT NO. 165 in the Square bounded by Navel Orange Drive (a/k/a Navel Drive and Naval Drive), Cumquat Drive and Old Louisiana Highway No. 31, said Lot 165 measures 60 feet front on Navel Orange Drive, same width in rear, by a depth of 118.41 feet. The improvements thereon bear the municipal address 237 Navel Orange Drive, Buras, LA 70041. AND A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Plaquemines, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof now known as CITRUS CITY SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion Sections 23 and 24, Township 20 South, Range 39 East, and according to survey of Thomas F. Reed, C.E. & S, dated October 30, 1963, said Lot is designated as Lot 166 in the square bounded by Navel Orange Drive, Old Louisiana Highway #31, east boundary line of subdivision, and Cumquat Drive. Lot 166 commences at a distance of 420 feet from the corner of Navel Orange Drive and Cumquat Drive, measures thence 60 feet front on Navel Orange Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 118.41 feet between equal and parallel lines. Lot 166 bear the municipal address 243 Navel Orange Drive, Buras, LA 70041 (the “Property”).
