The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows: One (1) certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Buccaneer Villa, in accordance with a plan of subdivision of J.J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., C.E., and Surveyors, dated April 6, 1964, revised October 20, 1964, and October 30, 1964, a copy of which is annexed to an act of dedication of streets by Allen J. Tillery, N.P., dated May 6, 1965, registered in COB 91, folio 126, Parish of St. Bernard, and according thereto, the said lot is designated as Lot No. 106 of Square C, which said square is bounded by Jean Lafitte Parkway, Gallant Drive and Livingston Drive, and commences at a distance of 576 feet from the intersection of Livingston Avenue and Gallant Drive, and measures thence 60 feet front on Gallant Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 101 feet between equal and parallel lines. And according to a survey of J.J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., C.E., and Surveyors, dated May 27, 1965 and resurveyed and certified correct on March 6, 1967, and annexed to an act passed before A.J. Tillery, N.P., dated March 15, 1967, registered in COB 97, folio 465, the above lot and square have the same designations and dimensions as above set forth. According to the survey of Eugene I. Estopinal and Associates, C.E., dated July 26, 1972, recertified December 14, 1972, Lot 106, Square C, has the same measurements as shown above.
