All the following described real estate, with the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Falling Waters District, Berkeley County, West Virginia, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot No. 33, Section A, The Potomac Hills Subdivision, being recorded on September 19, 1970, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 248, at Page 256. Together with the right to the use of all roads in said subdivision as they now exist for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from the lot herein conveyed, said right-of-way to be non-exclusive in nature. And being the same parcel of real estate conveyed to Dwayne Alan Harp and Bonnie Lynn Harp, his wife, by deed dated the 1st day of May 2023, from Mary Jane Snow, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia, immediately preceding this instrument.
