Estopinal, C.E. dated February 14, 1969, revised November 12, 1969, a copy of which is registered in COB 105 folio 315, of records of Parish of St. Bernard, said lot is designated as described as follows: Lot 80, which is situated in the square bounded by Guerra Drive, Louis Street, the eastern boundary of subdivision and Louisiana State Highway # 39, which lot forms the corner of Guerra Drive and Louis Street and measures 69.91 feet front on Guerra Drive, the same in width in the rear, by a depth and front 71.83 feet on Louis Street, the same on its opposite. All in accordance with a survey of Eugene I. Estopinal, C.E. dated November 20, 1969; improvements located December 4, 1969.
