Craig by Cox & Dinkins, Inc. dated May 18, 2009, and recorded in Book 1528 at Page 555; which plat is incorporated herein by this reference and having such metes, bounds, courses and distances, being a little more or less, as by this reference to said plat will more fully appear. This being the same property conveyed to Travis L. Craig and Sabrina R. Craig by deed of Firstar Homes, Inc. dated June 3, 2009 and recorded June 5, 2009 in Book 1528, Page 535 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County, South Carolina.
