Livaudais, Jr., N.P., dated October 7, 1947, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court for the Parish of St. Bernard, Louisiana, and lots adjoin each other and measure each 40 feet front on Licciardi Road (now Licciardi Lane), the same width in the rear, by a depth of 80 feet between equal and parallel lines, LOT 10 is nearer to and commences at a distance of 400 feet from the Intersection of Licciardi Road (now Licciardi Lane) and Louisiana Highway No. 1. All as more fully shown on survey made by Eugene I. Estopinal, C.E., dated September 19, 1967, and BLOCK 3 is bounded by LICCIARDI ROAD (now LICCIARDI LANE), THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE SUBDIVISION, EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE SUBDIVISION (now or formerly Frank Allo property side) and LOUISIANA HIGHWAY NO. 1. ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A SURVEY BY EUGENE I. ESTOPINAL, C.E., DATED APRIL 11, 1984, AND AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON A MORE RECENT SURVEY BY UNIVERSAL LAND SURVEYORS, INC., DATED NOVEMBER 29, 1986.
