ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of St. Bernard, in that part known as LICCIARDI SUBDIVISION, which is a part of repose or Magnolia Plantation, situated about nine miles below the City of New Orleans, on the left bank of the Mississippi River and which said lots of ground are designated and measures as follows: LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 3, according to the plan of survey made by R. P. Rordam, C.E., dated August 4, 1947, a copy of which is annexed to an act before Oliver S. Livaudais, Jr., N.P., dated October 7, 1947, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court for the Parish of St. Bernard, Louisiana, and lots adjoin each other and measure each 40 feet front on Licciardi Road (now Licciardi Lane), the same width in the rear, by a depth of 80 feet between equal and parallel lines, LOT 10 is nearer to and commences at a distance of 400 feet from the Intersection of Licciardi Road (now Licciardi Lane) and Louisiana Highway No. 1. All as more fully shown on survey made by Eugene I. Estopinal, C.E., dated September 19, 1967, and BLOCK 3 is bounded by LICCIARDI ROAD (now LICCIARDI LANE), THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE SUBDIVISION, EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE SUBDIVISION (now or formerly Frank Allo property side) and LOUISIANA HIGHWAY NO. 1. ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A SURVEY BY EUGENE I. ESTOPINAL, C.E., DATED APRIL 11, 1984, AND AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON A MORE RECENT SURVEY BY UNIVERSAL LAND SURVEYORS, INC., DATED NOVEMBER 29, 1986.
