All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground, situate, lying and being in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and known and designated on the Map of Section Number Four (4) of Enslow Park Place, made by Joseph N. Doyle, Engineer, which map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County court of Cabell County West Virginia on the 23rd day of April, 1923, as Map Number 219, in Map Book No. 2, as Lot Number One Hundred Ten (110). Excepting however, the northerly part of said Lot No. 110, which is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Donald Avenue at the corner between Lots Nos. 110 and 111; thence from said beginning point, along ans with the line between Lots Nos. 110 and 111; easterly 145 feet, more or less, to the easterly corner between Lots Nos. 100 and 111; thence southerly along and with the easterly line of Lot No. 110, twenty (20) feet to a point; thence westerly approximately 145 feet to the point of BEGINNING; Reserving, however, the front or west five (5) feet of said lot for the installation, maintenance and replacement of a sanitary sewer.
