All that certain property known as Apartment Unit Number 118, Building 1 of Broad River Township Horizontal Property Regime, situate, lying and being ln the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, a Horizontal Property Regime Established by Master Deed, pursuant to the South Carolina Horizontal Property Regime Act, which Master Deed is recorded in Deed Book D0777 at Page 432 in the RMC/ROD Office for Richland County and which apartment is shown on a plat prepared by Johnson, Knowles, Burgin and Bouknight, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 51 at Page 8256 in the ROD Office for Richland County. Together with the undivided interest in common elements declared by said Master Deed to be appurtenant to the apartment conveyed hereby, and the records thereof are all incorporated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. This being the same property conveyed to Teri McElhannon by deed of Thomas Jay Paul, as Personal Representative for the Estate of Thomas Paul dated October 16, 2015 and recorded January 19, 2017 in Book 2181, Page 968 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County, South Carolina.
