That certain tract or parcel of land, located in Sections 28 and 29, Township 8 South - Range 3 East, Acadia Parish, Louisiana, containing 1.42 acres, more or less, and being part of Lot 3 on a plat of survey by Frank K. Lyman, RLS dated December 20, 1962, and attached to and made part of an Act of Partition recorded under entry no. 393757 of the conveyance records of Acadia Parish, Louisiana. Less and excepting therefrom that portion of Lot 3 sold to the State of Louisiana for widening Louisiana State Highway 1098 by act recorded under entry no. 401908. Said lot has a frontage of 147 feet on Louisiana State Highway 1098, with such further dimensions, measurements, boundaries and configurations as are shown on plat of survey by Fred L. Colomb, RLS, dated June 7, 1977 and attached to act recorded at COB M-35, page 442, entry no. 0440712 in the office of the clerk and recorder for Acadia Parish, Louisiana. Together with any and all present and future buildings, constructions, component parts, improvements, attachments, appurtenances, fixtures, rights, ways, privileges, advantages, batture, and batture rights, servitudes and easements of every type and description, now and/or in the future relating to the property, and any and all items and fixtures attached to and/or forming integral or component parts of the property in accordance with the Louisiana Civil Code.
