A certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Land District North of Red River, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a 3/4" square iron rod found marking the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Land District North of Red River, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana; proceed North 89 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 13, a distance of 660.00 feet to a set 5/8" rebar; thence proceed North 00 degrees 01 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 259.18 feet to a set 5/8" rebar and the point of beginning; thence continue North 00 degrees 01 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 220.40 feet to a set 5/8" rebar; thence proceed North 89 degrees 38 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 384.42 feet to a spindle set in the centerline of Puckett Lake Road; thence proceed South 06 degrees 13 minutes 52 seconds East along the centerline of Puckett Lake Road, a distance of 221.56 feet to a set spindle: thence proceed South 89 degrees 38 minutes 27 seconds West, a distance of 408.55 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.006 acres, more or less, and being subject to the right-of-way of Puckett Lake Road and all other rights-of-way, easements and servitudes of record and/or of use.
