Moore, C.E. and Surveyor, dated June 22, 1948, and revised on November 23, 1948, a copy of which is duly recorded in the official records of the clerk and recorder for Livingston Parish, Louisiana; said lot measuring 100 feet on the east side of Benton Lane by a depth along the north line of 226 feet, along the south line of 228 feet and measuring 100 feet along the rear line. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
