THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, in that portion thereof called BERTUCCI SUBDIVISION EXTENSION, and according to a survey of Eugene I. Estopinal & Associates, C.E. & S., dated July 12 , 1977 , revised December 20, 1977, a copy of which is annexed to Ordinance #29-78 of the Police Jury of the Parish of St. Bernard, registered at COB 158, folio 266, and according thereto, the said lot is designated and described as follows to-wit: LOT NO, 27 is in the square bounded by Philip Court South, Village Square West, Philip Court North, Philip Court East and Philip Court West, and according to the aforesaid survey, the said lot commences at a distance of 403.35 feet from the intersection of Philip Court South and Philip court West and measures thence 50.13 feet front along the curve of Philip Court West and measures 73 feet in width in the rear, by a depth of 93 feet on the sideline adjoining Lot 28 nearer Philip Court south, and a depth of 97.86 feet on the opposite side along the line of Lot 26. According to a survey of Eugene L Estopinal & Associates, C.E. & S., dated April 26, 1979, the aforesaid lot has the same designations, locations and dimensions as hereinabove set forth. All as shown on survey prepared by Dading, Marques & Associates, Inc., dated November 6, 1993. Improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 128-130 Philip Court West, Chalmette, Louisiana 70043.
