Garrett and Jane A. Garrett by Benjamin H. Whetstone, R.L.S., dated February 14, 1978, in Plat Book Y, at page 922, in the office of the RMC for Richland County. Reference being made to said plat for a more accurate and complete description thereof. Being the same property conveyed to Lillian R. Jamison by deed from Frank Taylor and Eula L. Taylor dated July 18, 1989 and recorded July 20, 1989 in Deed Book 972 at Page 547 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County, South Carolina.
