ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the servitudes, rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, In that part thereof known as CAROLYN PARK SUBDIVISION EXTENSION NO. 3, according to plan of subdivision made by Lt. Krebs & Sons, C.O., November 4, 1957, approved by the Police Jury of St, Bernard Parish on July 16, 1958 registered under Entry No. 25336 on August 14, 1958, and according to which said lot is more particularly described as follows: LOT 1195, SQUARE 45, bounded by Seal Drive, Mink Drive, Cougar Drive and Benjamin Street. Said Lot 1195 commences at a distance of 437.33 foot from the corner of Cougar Drive and Benjamin Street and measures thence 55 feet front on Cougar Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 105 feet between equal and parallel lines; all as more fully shown on plat of survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons dated September 12, 1960 ("Property").
